Cactus sometimes locked the game state and we're introducing a new crop to fix these edge cases.
- Cactus + Rock sell bug fixed. No longer can sell a cactus's only rock.
- Cactus + Pepper bug fixed. cactus that would have spawned not near a rock is now spawned as a Rotten Vegetable instead.
- New Crop: Rotten Vegetable - Sells for 3 gold.
- Carrot buffed. + 2VP to machines --> + 4VP to machines.
